We want them to learn how to succeed in a vast range of jobs through practical training and experience - from building work to business - by doing work experience, apprenticeships and trainee schemes.
And we want these qualifications valued much more by students, teachers, parents and employers.
We are not against academic learning - we just believe strongly that there are other ways to success.
So we want vocational learning integrated into schools, colleges and universities to enhance the lives of young people.
Our learning-by-doing crusade takes many forms - active campaigning, funding projects, inspiring young people and promoting best practice.
We want to shine a light on young people's success and this is how we believe Edge can make a difference.
