Who is the day aimed at?
Careers Leaders, SLT, and teachers with an interest in careers/ enterprise/ employer engagement. Governors, Enterprise Advisers/Coordinators and employers are also all welcome to attend. The aim of the day is to share practice and to provide practical support for schools in developing an action plan to meet the Gatsby Benchmarks.
How is the day structured?
The day is made up of a series of 30-minute workshops, with over 20 to choose from over the day. Throughout the day aspects of Gatsby Benchmarks will be discussed and practice shared. Colleagues can select the sessions of most relevance to their interests.
There will be a support pack available to delegates, including pre and post conference activities to support development strategy.
Who are running the workshops?
Workshops will be delivered by schools and organisations that can support development. We will have an input from Ofsted in the form of a Q/A session.

Time is built into the day for colleagues to have informal discussions and form partnerships. We see this as important part of the event.
Cost and Booking
The event is FREE to all schools and colleges, however, there is a £50+vat deposit, returnable on attendance.
There is a non-returnable cost of:
£100 (+vat) for organisations wishing to attend.
£50 (+vat) for C&E Enterprise Advisers/ Coordinators wishing to attend.
