Skill up north: can localism bridge the skills gap?

Join us in Liverpool for our Skill up north event.

Skill up north: can localism bridge the skills gap? will mark the publication of Edge’s sixth quarterly report on skills shortages in the UK, with a focus on the construction industry.

A keynote speech from Liverpool Metro Mayor, Steve Rotheram, will set the agenda for our panel, examining how best to address the skills shortages which look set to deepen post-Brexit.

We want to give voice to local employers, businesses, FE and training providers and anyone with a stake in the skills agenda. It should be a lively discussion.

18:00 - Drinks reception

19:00 - Keynote speech followed by panel discussion and Q&A
