This Work Foundation article draws on a nationally representative Survation survey of 1,001 UK senior business leaders to examine how employers view the youth employment challenge. It finds that while employers recognise the scale of the youth unemployment problem, translating that concern into more accessible entry-level opportunities remains a significant challenge.
