Last summer we asked what’s next for year 11s? A Levels? T Levels? An apprenticeship? College? There are plenty of choices at post sixteen. We asked some of our friends and colleagues, all experts in their fields, to give us their tips and advice and published a series of blogs – which you can see below. But this summer we decided to find out what actually happened to five young people in Manchester when school was over. Some faced difficult challenges and obstacles. Some had no idea what they wanted to do. We asked them “And then what happened?” and this is what they said, in five short films which will be published weekly over the summer.
