Skills shortages continue to proliferate, and public and private investment is in decline. Our fourteenth Skills Shortage Bulletin however demonstrates the ongoing importance of different approaches to assessing the scale of the problem across sectors and different regions, and features some initiatives that are beginning to address shortages, from LSIPs to Degree Apprenticeships.
