This research aims to better understand T level learners’ experiences with the programme (including work placements and the transition programmes), ambitions/career aspirations and how they see achieving their career aspirations after completing a T level.
With more T level routes being introduced it is important to understand what did learners knew about T-levels, why learners are choosing to study T levels, how their experience has been so far on a T level course, where they are hoping to progress and whether they think T levels support their ambitions. We are also inserted in whether T-levels live upto learner’s expectations. We aim to reach out to colleges offering T levels and conduct focus groups with learners on different T level courses. We also aim to interview some learners who have experienced the transition programme before starting their T level course.
