The project explores ‘What makes an effective mentor?’ and the perceptions and experiences of work-based mentors in allied health profession degree apprenticeships. Through interviews with participants, the research will highlight areas of best practice and offer recommendations for mentoring across health degree apprenticeship training programmes.
