Arianna is the Sustainable Development Manager at Island Innovation, where she designs and leads initiatives that empower frontline communities and emerging leaders to drive climate-resilient, inclusive development while amplifying island voices in global climate governance. She co-founded the Youth Initiative Development Programme (YIDP) in Kenya and leads Island Innovation’s capacity-building programs, including the Caribbean Climate Justice Leaders Academy and Our Shared Ocean program, enhancing education, wellbeing, and leadership opportunities for young people. Arianna has served as Head UK Youth Delegate to COP28, contributed to UN climate policy, and combines experience in youth leadership, international advocacy, and community-centred education to support the next generation of change-makers.
