From Early Career To Emerging Talent: An ISE report into the case for a skills-based approach to student recruitment and development

Here at ISE, we believe the early careers sector has a significant role to play in the reshaping of talent management strategies that place skills at their core.

‘From Early Career to Emerging Talent’ found that while technical advancements are increasing the need for higher skilled workers, talent is becoming scarcer due to lower birth rates and longer lifespans.

The report sets out the business case for a skills-based organisation, recommendations for implementation and the role of technology as well as the implications on the skills students seek to learn, and how employers work with educators.
